Ryan has twelve years of experience trading. He started his trading career at Deutsche Bank on the Ag Derivatives trade desk which he eventually ran until he joined the TrailStone Group in 2014. At TrailStone, Ryan worked on physical asset acquisitions, risk management, and proprietary trading across energy, agriculture and biofuels. Ryan joined FCStone four years ago when he launched the Merchants Plus program. Ryan has a BA in Economics from Harvard.

Mark has been with FCStone for 33 years where he has been responsible for managing client risk across a wide array of commodities including grains, oilseeds, proteins, energies, livestock and fertilizer. He has extensive experience in the physical, exchange traded, and OTC commodity markets. Mark assists commercial commodity hedgers with education, business analysis, and risk mitigation. He is a regular featured speaker at conventions and teaches seminars for industry professionals. He received a BS in Ag & Applied Economics and a BS in Animal Science from the University of Minnesota.

Allen was raised on a small farm in Indiana. He graduated from Purdue University with a BS in Ag Economics in 1987 before joining Continental Grain in export origination. He then spent 5 years in ADM’s soybean processing division. In 1993, Allen went to Countrymark where he would go on to manage their 250mm bushel soybean position before joining their price risk management group. Allen joined FCStone to open their Indianapolis operation in 2001. Allen’s team of 3 brokers provides risk management services to commercial grain elevators, large scale grain producers, integrated livestock producers, food producers, and industrial end users.

Neil joined FCStone in 2011 as a Merchandiser as part of the Feed Ingredient team. He has moved into the role of VP of Grain & Feed Execution and is focusing on the expansion of the Canadian Merchants Plus program. Neil is also the Regional Manager for our FCM Division in Omaha, NE.

Matt’s 10 years of expertise in agricultural price risk management includes managing input costs, marketing strategy development, execution guidance and market analysis for US and Canadian grain and livestock industries. He helps to service approximately 100 growers with crop marketing advisory & software in North America, and along with his team in Chicago, he executes approximately $16 billion in commodity contracts for clients each year.

Matt Campbell has seventeen years of risk management experience in the grain industry. His clients consist entirely of commercial hedgers, ranging from large cooperative grain elevators to livestock feeders; from growers to ethanol plants. Matt’s customer base merchandises, produces, or consumes over 500 million bushels of grain annually. Matt’s consulting programs and execution services minimize commodity risks and maximize margin potential. He has been a featured guest speaker at a number of renewable fuels conferences, grower meetings, and radio programs. Matt earned a degree in Agricultural Business from Iowa State University in 1998. He is based in West Des Moines, Iowa.
